摘  要:农科人才是乡村振兴战略实施第一线的刚性需求。然而,农科毕业生首选留在城市发展,是当前涉农高校人才培养中不可回避的现实问题。我国涉农高校以及农科专业应面对国家重大战略需求,响应社会重大关切,完善新农科内涵建设。以湖南农业大学国家一流本科专业建设点——植物保护为例,分析"知农爱农"新型人才培养过程中的困境与机遇,并基于当前"智慧农业"的发展态势开展多向培养的改革探索,以此全面提升人才的核心竞争力和"三农"服务能力,加强对农业的贡献度,为乡村振兴战略的实施培养有担当的"知农爱农"新型人才。Agricultural talents are the rigid demand for the first line implementation of rural revitalization strategy.However,it was an unavoidable practical problem that agricultural undergraduates prefer to stay in cities.Agricultural colleges and majors should face the national strategic requirements,respond to social concerns,and improve the connotation construction of new agricultural science in our country.This paper will take the plant protection as an example,which is the national first-class undergraduate specialty construction point of Hunan Agricultural University,to analyze the difficulties and opportunities in the process of cultivating new talents of “knowing agriculture and loving agriculture,” and carry out multi-directional training reform and exploration based on the current development trend of “smart agriculture”,so as to comprehensively improve the core competitiveness of talents and the “three rural” service ability,strengthen the contribution to agriculture,and cultivate new talents of “knowing agriculture and loving agriculture” who are responsible for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
