摘 要:针对人体各部位疲劳损伤问题,提出基于精细积分法的人体各部位动力学响应与分析方法。以人体生物力学为基础,根据拉格朗日方程,构建七自由度人体与起重机-轨道相耦合的系统动力学模型,结合起重机优化参数,通过精细积分法求解人体各部位振动响应。将计算结果与现有人体各部位疲劳损伤标准进行对比,分析人体各部位损伤情况及振动舒适性。结果表明,人体各部位疲劳程度随轨道缺陷增加而急剧增加;在起重机设计时选取合适的座椅参数时可以提高头部振动舒适性,降低人体头部不适和其他部位的损伤概率。Aiming at the problem of fatigue damage of various parts of human body,the dynamic response and analysis method of various parts of human body based on precise integration method was proposed.Based on the biomechanics of human body and Lagrange equation,a system dynamics model of 7-DOF(degree of free)human body coupled with crane track was established.Combined with the optimization parameters of the crane,the vibration response of each part of the human body was solved by precise integration method.The calculated results were compared with the existing fatigue damage standards of various parts of human body,and the damage conditions and vibration comfort of various parts of human body were analyzed.The results show that the fatigue degree of every part of human body increases sharply with the increase of track defects.Selecting appropriate seat parameters in crane design can improve the head vibration comfort and reduce the probability of head discomfort and other parts of the human body damage.
