中小企业供应链协同融资模式研究

摘　　要：破解中小企业融资难对中小企业发展具有重要意义。本文在分析供应链传统融资渠道的基础上,试图提出基于供应商、银行和中小企业三方合作的供应链协同融资模式。本文通过对供应链传统融资渠道和供应链协同融资模式的银行利润、供应商利润以及中小企业购买产品成本进行比较分析,分析结果表明:在供应链协同融资模式中,中小企业融资购买产品的成本更低,且供应链协同融资模式整体上提高了供应链运行效率,并使各参与方获得更多收益。供应商、银行和中小企业三方合作的这种供应链融资机制在某种程度上缓解了中小企业融资难问题。Solving the problem of financing difficulties of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)is of great significance to the development of SMEs.Based on the analysis of traditional supply chain financing channels,this paper attempts to propose a supply chain collaborative financing model based on tripartite cooperation between suppliers,banks and SMEs.This paper compares and analyzes the bank profits,supplier profits and the cost of SMEs purchasing products from the traditional supply chain financing channels and the supply chain collaborative financing model.In addition,the cost of financing and purchasing products for SMEs is lower,and the supply chain collaborative financing model overall improves the efficiency of supply chain operations and enables all participants to obtain more benefits in the supply chain collaborative financing model.This supply chain financing mechanism of tripartite cooperation among suppliers,banks and SMEs alleviates the financing difficulties of SMEs to some extent.
