摘　　要：随着《省级电网输配电价定价办法》出台以及各省输配电价核定和实施,各主体普遍侧重输配电价水平测算。尽管定价办法提出了输配电价调整基本思路,但在实际执行过程中均未对输配电价的执行结果进行评估和调整,更缺乏对电网企业提高投资效率以及节约成本积极性等方面进行有效激励。因此,本文针对这一问题借鉴国外先进经验,优化我国省级电网输配电定价办法的流程,同时以某省电力公司为例探讨输配电价激励性的调整方案。With the introduction of"provincial power transmission and distribution price Pricing Method"and the calculation and implementation of electricity transmission and distribution price in provinces,participants generally focus on the measurement of electricity transmission and distribution price level.Although the pricing method puts forward the basic idea of adjustment of power transmission and distribution price,the implementation results of verified power transmission and distribution price are not evaluated and adjusted in the actual implementation process,and there is a lack of effective incentives for enterprises to improve investment efficiency and cost saving enthusiasm in the implementation process.Therefore,in view of this problem,this paper draws on foreign advanced experience to optimize the process of power transmission and distribution pricing method of China’s provincial power grid,and discusses the incentive adjustment scheme of power transmission and distribution price by taking a provincial power company as an example.
