摘 要:目的探究FAM20C在Her-2阳性乳腺癌患者的癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用网络数据库分析FAM20C在乳腺癌中的表达情况。回顾性分析本中心患者的临床资料并随访生存情况,采用免疫组化法检测其在乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达水平。对不同因素进行Logistic回归分析,通过Kaplan-Meier法检验乳腺癌患者的生存情况,Log-Rank法检验其生存差异。结果FAM20C在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率(45.88%)高于癌旁组织的阳性表达率(12.35%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且与Ki67、p53、E-cadherin的表达和淋巴结转移情况相关,与复发转移及死亡情况无明显相关性。结论FAM20C可能作为Her-2阳性乳腺癌远期预后的预测指标。Objective To explore the expression of FAM20 C in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of patients with Her-2 positive breast cancer, and to study its clinical significance. Methods The expression of FAM20 C in breast cancer was analyzed by using network database. Clinical data of the patients in our center were retrospectively analyzed and their survival situation was followed up. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect expression levels of FAM20 C in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Logistic regression analysis was performed for different factors. The survival situation was tested by Kaplan-Meier method and survival difference was tested by Log-Rank method. Results The positive expression rate of FAM20 C in breast cancer tissues(45.88%) was higher than that in adjacent tissues(12.35%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive rate was correlated with the expression of Ki67, p53, E-cadherin and lymph node metastasis, but not with recurrence, metastasis and death. Conclusion FAM20 C may be used as a predictor of long-term prognosis of Her-2 positive breast cancer.
