摘 要:目的:研究“六顶思考帽”结合思维导图教学法在心血管内科护生岗位能力培养中的应用。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月在福建医科大学附属闽东医院心血管内科实习的60名同班级护生,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30名。对照组进行传统教学,研究组进行“六顶思考帽”结合思维导图教学。比较两组理论知识和操作技能成绩及学习能力、学习兴趣、沟通能力得分。结果:研究组的理论知识和操作技能成绩高于对照组(t=21.031,P=0.000;t=7.829,P=0.000)。研究组的学习能力、学习兴趣、沟通能力得分高于对照组(t=6.069,P=0.000;t=8.416,P=0.000;t=9.694,P=0.000)。结论:“六顶思考帽”结合思维导图教学法在心血管内科护生岗位能力培养中的应用效果较好,可提高心血管内科护生的学习能力、学习兴趣、沟通能力,并提高理论知识和操作技能水平,可在临床教学中应用和推广。Objective:To study the application of “six thinking hats” combined with mind mapping teaching method in the training of the post ability of nursing students in cardiovascular internal medicine department.Method:A total of 60 nursing students of the same class who practiced in the cardiovascular internal medicine department of Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,30 in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching,and the study group was given “six thinking hats” combined with mind mapping teaching.The theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores,learning ability,learning interest,and communication ability scores of the two groups were compared.Result:The achievement of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group (t=21.031,P=0.000;t=7.829,P=0.000).The study group’s learning ability,learning interest,and communication ability scores were higher than those of the control group (t=6.069,P=0.000;t=8.416,P=0.000;t=9.694,P=0.000).Conclusion:The “six thinking hats” combined with the mind map teaching method has a good application effect in the training of cardiovascular internal medicine department nursing students’ post ability,which can improve the cardiovascular internal medicine departemnt nursing students’ learning ability,learning interest,communication ability,and improve the level of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,which can be applied and promoted in clinical teaching.
