摘　　要：恶性肿瘤属中医癥积范畴,历代医家多从疏肝调脾而治,疗效卓著,然究其根本,多因情志不畅,气机逆乱而始生,加之欲望的不断增大而过度耗神致使该疾发展迅速,遂赵凯主任医师通过多年临床经验及患者疗效发现,针对此类疾病当先调畅气机,疏通情志,配合养生养性临床效果显著。现将赵师经验总结分享于此,望同僚指正。Malignant tumors belong to the category of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.Doctors in the past dynasties mostly treated them by soothing the liver and regulating the spleen,with excellent curative effects.Excessive depletion of the mind leads to the rapid development of the disease,so chief physician ZHAO Kai found through years of clinical experience and patient curative effects that for this type of disease,it is necessary to adjust the qi machine first,dredge the emotions,and cooperate with health preservation.The clinical effect is remarkable.Now I will share the summary of Master ZHAO’s experience here,and hope that colleagues will correct me.
