学术信息探索式搜索行为的情感变化与眼动特征研究

摘　　要：[研究目的]为研究学术信息搜索行为的探索式搜索特征与行为规律,结合面部表情识别与眼动追踪技术,分析学术信息探索式搜索行为的搜索过程以及探索式浏览阶段、集中搜索阶段的情感特征与眼动特征。[研究方法]首先通过用户实验得到29名被试的实验数据,综合运用Tobii眼动仪、前置摄像头拍摄并结合录屏分析、用户访谈分别得到被试的眼动数据、面部表情数据和搜索过程行为数据。通过深度卷积神经网络算法识别表情数据,并结合python分析眼动数据,最后运用SPSS对结果进行统计分析。[研究结论]根据负面表情占比,可将学术信息搜索过程中用户的情感变化过程分为稳定型、先增后减型、递增型、递减型四种;在探索式浏览阶段存在快速浏览行为与细致浏览行为,快速浏览行为偏向于目标筛选,而细致浏览偏向于阅读与学习;探索式搜索过程顺利程度会影响搜索过程中的深阅读行为和浅阅读行为。在研究方法上尝试通过识别面部表情进行信息搜索行为的情感研究,在应用层面上分析探索式搜索特征,其结论有利于指导用户搜索过程,提高搜索学习效率。[Research purpose]In order to study the exploratory search characteristics and behavior rules of academic information search behavior,combined with facial expression recognition and eye tracking technology,analyzing the search process of academic information exploratory search behavior and the emotional characteristics and eye movements in the exploratory browsing phase and the concentrated search phase feature.[Research method]Firstly,the experimental data of 29 subjects were obtained through user experiments,and the eye movement data,facial expression data of the subjects,search process behavior data were obtained by using Tobii eye tracker,front camera shooting combined with screen recording analysis,and user interviews.Recognizing facial expression data through deep convolutional neural network algorithm,analyzing eye movement data with python,and finally using SPSS to perform statistical analysis on the results.[Research conclusion]According to the proportion of negative expressions,the emotional change process of users in the process of academic information search can be divided into four types:stable,firstly increasing and then decreasing,increasing,and decreasing;there are fast browsing behaviors and detailed browsing behaviors in the exploratory browsing stage.Browsing behavior is biased toward target screening,while detailed browsing is biased toward reading and learning;the smoothness of the exploratory search process will affect the deep and shallow reading behaviors in the search process.In terms of research methods,it attempts to conduct emotional research on information search behavior by recognizing facial expressions.In terms of application level,analyzing exploratory search features is helpful to guide users in the search process and improve search learning efficiency.
