摘 要:镁碱(FER)沸石分子筛因其特有的孔道结构,在催化领域中广泛应用于羰基化、异构化和裂化等非均相反应,但其较小的孔径限制大分子扩散,使其使用寿命缩短,而且不同的反应对于FER沸石分子筛酸性的要求也大不相同,导致其在应用上受到一定程度的限制。介绍了目前比较流行的3种FER沸石分子筛的改性策略,分别是合成纳米级FER沸石分子筛、FER沸石分子筛生成晶内中孔孔道和合成杂原子FER沸石分子筛。通过这些策略中的具体方法可以有效克服FER沸石分子筛的缺点,加强催化活性,增加催化活性位点,延长使用寿命。指出单一的改性方法很有可能带来非单一的改性结果,需要结合具体的催化实验进行表征和验证。今后的FER沸石分子筛改性方向主要是寻找廉价、高效的表面活性剂,在简化工艺流程的同时降低成本。Due to its unique pore structure,ferrierite(FER)zeolite has been widely used in heterogeneous reactions such as isomerization,carbonylation and cracking.However,its small pore size limits diffusion of macromolecules and thus shortens its service life.Moreover,different reactions have different requirements on acidity of ferrierite zeolite,which leads to limitation on its application.This paper reviews three prevalent modification strategies for FER zeolites:synthesis of nanoparticle FER zeolites,formation of intracrystalline mesoporous channels in FER zeolites and synthesis of heteroatom FER zeolites.Specific methods in these strategies can effectively overcome the shortcomings of FER zeolites,enhance their catalytic activity,increasing their catalytic active sites and prolonging their service life.It is pointed out that a single modification method is likely to bring versatile modification results,which needs to be characterized and verified through specific catalytic experiments.The future trends in modification of FER zeolites are to find cheaper and more efficient surfactants,which simplify the processes and meanwhile reduce the cost.
