摘　　要：旋覆代赭汤为仲景经方之一,具有健脾和胃、降逆止呕之功效,临床常应用于证属肝胃不和、脾胃气虚、气郁痰阻的胃食管反流病、慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良、胃排空障碍、胃癌等消化道疾病,通过减轻炎症反应、调节胃肠动力、镇吐、减少胃酸分泌、多靶向抗肿瘤等机制延缓病变进程。但目前旋覆代赭汤抗消化道肿瘤的作用机制尚不明确,临床研究样本量较少,疗效有待进一步验证,亟需加强多中心、大样本的前瞻性研究,深入挖掘该方剂发挥作用的具体机制,明确其核心作用靶点,为临床应用提供理论依据。Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction is one of the prescriptions of Zhang Zhongjing,functioning in strengthening the Spleen and Stomach,reducing the adversing Qi and relieving vomiting.In clinical practice,it is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease with disharmony between Liver and Stomach or Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency or Qi depression induced Phlegm stagnation,chronic gastritis,functional dyspepsia,gastric emptying disorders,gastric cancer and others.The disease process can be slowed down by reducing inflammation,regulating gastrointestinal motility,stop vomitting,reducing gastric acid secretion,multi-targeted anti-tumor treatment and other mechanisms.However,the action mechanism of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction against gastrointestinal tumors is still unclear.The sample size of clinical studies is small,and the efficacy needs to be further verified.It is urgent to strengthen multi-center and large-sample prospective studies to further study the specific effect mechanism of the prescription,clarify its core target,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.
