摘　　要：以人民为中心的法治观是习近平法治思想中最重要的原创性贡献之一。这一法治观建立在马克思主义哲学原理基础之上,其理论内涵包括以人民意志塑造良法、以人民群众为法治的实践主体、以人民权利为法治的根本目的、以人民伟力为法治的动力源泉、以人民满意为法治成效的最终评判标准等方面。以人民为中心的法治观对于全面推进依法治国具有基础性指导意义。The people-centered view of the rule of law is one of the most important original contributions to Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law. It is based on the principles of Marxist philosophy. Its theoretical connotation includes shaping good law with the will of the people, taking the people as the main body of the rule of law, taking the people’s rights as the fundamental purpose of the rule of law, taking the people’s might as the power source of the rule of law, and taking the people’s satisfaction as the ultimate criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of the rule of law. The people-centered view of the rule of law has fundamental guiding significance for the comprehensive promotion of the rule of law.
