摘　　要：思政工作是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,本文以应届本科毕业生问卷调查数据为依据,从能力和素质评价的角度关注大学生自我效能感,进而分析性别、生源地和专业类别对自我效能感的影响,并对与能力和素质有关的其他评价指标进行了相关分析,最终总结出大学生自我效能感的显著特征以及对高校学生思政工作的启示。Ideological&political education is an important component of talents training in colleges.Based on questionnaire surveys on fresh bachelor graduates,the paper focuses on college students’sense of self-efficacy from perspectives of capa⁃bility and quality evaluation,then analyzes influences of gender,place of origin and major category on capability and quali⁃ty evaluation,further investigates into the correlation between other evaluation indicators and capability and quality evalua⁃tion,and concludes with characteristics of college students’sense of self-efficacy and inspirations for college ideological&political education.
