含硼水性环氧乳化剂的合成及性能研究

摘  要:以环氧树脂(E51)、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGDGE)、单乙醇胺硼酸酯(BDEOA)为原料合成了含硼水性环氧乳化剂(BWEPE),以E51为乳化油相,采用相反转法制备了含硼水性环氧树脂乳液(BWERL),并用其制备了水性环氧涂料。通过探究乳化剂的合成温度、反应时间、用量对乳液性能的影响,确定了乳化剂合成的最佳条件。结果表明:当BWEPE用量为30%左右时,可得到粒径,小、分布窄、稳定性好的含硼水性环氧乳液(BWERL);当BWERL固含量为55%时,可在50℃贮存1周无沉淀产生,常温贮存2个月无不良现象;当BWERL与水性胺固化剂(Banco901)的环氧基和活泼氢物质的量比为0.8:1时,制得的涂膜铅笔硬度为4H,耐冲击性为50cm,附着力达到1级,且具有优良的防腐性能。In this paper,a kind of boron-containing waterborne epoxy emulsifier was synthesized by using epoxy resin(E5l),polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(PEGDGE)and monoethanolamine borate ester(BDEOA).Then Boron-containing aqueous epoxy resin emulsion(BWERL)were prepared by inverse transformation method with E51 as emulsification oil phase,waterborne epoxy coatings were further prepared by using waterborne epoxy emulsion.The appropriate reaction conditions were ascertained by studying the influences of the synthesis-temperature,reaction-time,dosage of emulsifier to performance of emulsion.The results showed that when the amount of emulsifier was about 30%,boron-containing waterborne epoxy emulsion(BWERL)with small particle size,narrow distribution and good stability.When the solid content was 55%,the storage stability of boron-containing aqueous epoxy emulsion had the best storage stability at 50℃.When the ratio of amine of hardener to hydrogen of boron-containing aqueous epoxy emulsion(BWERL)(molar ratio)was 0.8:1,the coatings owned excellent anticorrosion performance with 4H pencil hardness,50 cm impact resistance and level 1 adhesion.
