摘  要:探讨窝沟封闭术在预防学龄期儿童龋齿的临床效果.选取2019年11月~2020年6月在合肥市第二人民医院实行窝沟封闭术的35例学龄期儿童病患作为研究组,选取未实行窝沟封闭术但进行牙齿检查的35例学龄期儿童病患作为参照组.研究组给予窝沟封闭术,参照组给予常规清洁,对比两组学龄期儿童病患的龋坏率及磨牙防龋齿疗效情况.研究结果表明,参照组患儿在其治疗后的3、6、12个月的牙齿龋坏率明显高于研究组(P<0.05),研究组患儿的龋齿发病率显著低于参照组(P<0.05).窝沟封闭术在预防学龄期儿童龋齿方面疗效明显,能降低儿童牙齿龋坏率,提高龋齿治疗效果,值得临床推广应用.This paper explored the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealing in preventing dental caries in school-age children.From November 2019 to June 2020,35 school-age children who received pit and fissure sealing in the Second People's Hospital of Hefei were selected as the study group,and 35 school-age children who underwent dental examination without receiving pit and fissure sealing were selected as the control group.The pit and fissure sealing was applied in the study group and the routine cleaning was conducted in control group.The caries rate and the anti-caries efficacy of molars were compared between the two groups.The results demonstrated that the dental caries rate of 3,6 and 12 months after treatment in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05),and the incidence of dental caries in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Pit and fissure sealing technique is effective in preventing dental caries in school-age children,which could reduce the rate of dental caries in children and improve the therapeutic effect of dental caries.It is worthy of being widely popularized in the clinical application.
