摘  要:无网受流列车作为一种新型城市轨道交通车辆,摆脱了传统的架空接触网,借助耦合线圈进行电能传输,耦合线圈作为重要的传输媒介,其配置与布局既要与应用目标车型相匹配,又要保证感应电能传输系统的传输性能及稳定性。基于此,该文首先提出一种适用于实际工程应用的耦合线圈设计及配置方法,从硬件设计的角度出发,综合考虑系统能效因素,给出一种针对目标车型的线圈设计方案,在目标控制策略下,系统应用该耦合线圈设计方案始终保持高效能的输出。然后针对实际车辆参数及线圈配置参数搭建仿真模型,仿真结果表明,该方法能够满足系统运行需求,并能实现较优的能效输出。最后基于提出的线圈设计方法,搭建1.5kW小型实验平台验证设计方案的合理性。As a new type of urban rail transit, trams using inductive power transmission technology have got rid of the traditional contact network and use the coupling coil for power transmission. The coupling coil is an important transmission medium, and its configuration and layout should match the target vehicle type while ensuring the transmission performance and stability of the inductive power transmission system. This paper presents a design and configuration method of coupling coil for practical engineering application. From the view of hardware design, considering the output power and efficiency of the system, a coil design scheme for the target vehicle is proposed,which can maintain the output of high efficiency under the proposed control strategy. Based on the actual vehicle parameters and coil configuration parameters, the simulation model is built. The results show that this method can meet the system operation requirements and achieve better power efficiency output. Finally, using the proposed coil design method, a 1.5kW small experimental platform was built to verify the rationality of the design scheme.
