间充质干细胞源性外泌体治疗肝衰竭的研究进展

摘　　要：肝衰竭是由于各种致病因素造成肝细胞大量坏死,超过肝脏的自我修复能力,是一种严重的临床综合征,病情进展迅速,病死率高。肝移植是肝衰竭最有效的治疗手段,但是存在供肝不足、费用高昂等弊端。间充质干细胞在肝衰竭的临床疗效已得到证实,但其应用也受到一定限制,基于干细胞的无细胞疗法,尤其是间充质干细胞来源的外泌体成为近年来的研究热点。现就间充质干细胞源性外泌体在肝衰竭中应用的研究进展进行综述。Liver failure is a serious clinical syndrome in which multiple pathogenic factors exceed the liver's self-repair capability,resulting massive hepatocellular necrosis,rapid disease progression and high mortality.Liver transplantation is the most effective method for the treatment of liver failure,but it has disadvantages,such as insufficient liver donor and high cost.The clinical efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells in liver failure have been validated,but its application has been limited to certain extent.Cell-free-based therapies,especially mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes,has become a research hotspot in recent years.This paper reviews the research advances in the treatment of liver failure with the use of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes.
