摘　　要：[目的/意义]“一带一路”的建设作为新时代以强调科技创新和人才强国为核心的国家重大区域发展战略,为高校双创教育的发展和人才培养带来了新的契机。[方法/过程]本文基于目前国内外高校大学生创新创业能力培养的研究现状,提出了“一带一路”背景下高校大学生创新创业应具备的34项能力,通过调查问卷的方式对其重要性、已具备能力的现状及培养提高的期望进行了实证检验与深入探讨。[结果/结论]通过相关性分析实证了这些能力在3个研究方面的必要性,以期根据该研究结果,拓展“一带一路”背景下高校大学生创新创业能力培养的有效路径,实现双创教育的高质量、内涵式发展。[Purpose/Significance]The construction of the"the Belt and Road Initiative"as a major national regional development strategy with an emphasis on technological innovation and talent as the core in the new era,has brought new opportunities for the development of entrepreneurship and innovation education and talent training in universities.[Method/Process]Based on the current domestic and foreign research status of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of college students,this paper puts forward 34 kinds of abilities that college students are supposed to have in innovation and entrepreneurship under the background of the"the Belt and Road Initiative".A questionnaire survey on its importance,current ability,the expectations of the status quo and development was held and an in-depth discussion was followed.Through correlation analysis,the necessity of these abilities in three research areas is demonstrated.[Results/Conclusions]Through correlation analysis,the necessity of these abilities in the three aspects of research is demonstrated,so as to expand the effective path of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students under the background of"the Belt and Road Initiative",and to realize the high-quality and conjunctive development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education.
