摘 要:波纹管涵具有较高的环向刚度和轴向柔性,能够适应地基的不均匀沉降,但同时其作为柔性基础,在施工及应用过程中易出现变形量过大、承载力不足等问题。为验证大直径钢波纹管涵在高速公路中的施工回填及工后应用过程中的安全稳定性,通过有限差分软件FLAC3D,分别模拟分析了施工过程中不同回填高度及压实度条件下,钢波纹管涵不同位置的受力变形情况。同时,对工后车辆荷载作用下的钢波纹管变形情况进行了分析,验证了半拱形大孔径钢波纹管涵在本工程中的可靠性。结果表明:不同回填高度下,波纹管涵受力变形特征明显不同,随着填土高度的增加,波纹管45°位置呈现先上拱,后沉降的趋势,而顶部0°位置,则呈现先下沉,后上拱的趋势,主要由于在填土高度小于45°位置时,波纹管受向内的侧向推力,导致该位置波纹管挤压向上,当填土位置超过45°位置时,该位置受到上覆土压力,导致向上变形量逐渐减小,随着填土高度的继续增加及车辆荷载的施加,上覆土压力起主导作用,竖向位移逐渐向下;回填压实度对管涵的受力变形具有显著影响,压实度从95%变化到90%,85%,波纹管涵最大变形量增加了70%;在车辆荷载作用下,管涵未出现明显应力集中或产生明显沉降变形,在本工程中该方案是稳定可靠的。Corrugated steel culvert has higher circumferential stiffness and axial flexibility, which could adapt to the uneven settlement of foundation. However, as a flexible foundation, it is prone to excessive deformation and insufficient bearing capacity in the process of backfill construction and application. In view of verify the safety and stability of the construction and application of large diameter corrugated steel culverts in expressway, the stress and deformation of corrugated steel culvert in different positions at different backfill depths and different compaction degrees are simulated and analysed by the finite difference software FLAC3 D. Concurrently, its deformation under the vehicle load after construction is analyzed, and the reliability of semi-arch large diameter corrugated steel culvert in this project is verified. The result shows that(1) The stress and deformation properties of corrugated pipe culvert are obviously different at different backfill depths. With the increase of the fill depth, the 45° position of the corrugated steel culvert shows a trend of arching first and then subsiding, but the trend at the top 0° position is opposite. It is mainly because when the filling depth is less than 45°, the corrugated pipe is pressed inwardly, causing the corrugated pipe to be squeezed upward at this position. When the filling position exceeds 45°, the position is subjected to the overlying soil pressure, resulting in the gradual reduction of upward deformation. With the continuous increase of filling depth and the application of vehicle load, the overlying soil pressure plays a major role, and the vertical displacement is gradually downward.(2) The compactness of the backfill has significant influence on the stress and deformation of the pipe culvert. As the compactness changes from 95% to 90%,85% the maximum deformation of the corrugated steel culvert increased by 70%.(3) Under the action of vehicle load, the pipe culvert has no obvious stress concentration or obvious settlement deformation, the
