摘　　要：目的探究扬州市老年人群非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的患病情况及相关危险因素。方法收集2020年自愿参加健康体检的≥65岁扬州市常住居民的健康资料,包括一般资料(年龄、性别、烟酒史等)、体格资料(身高、体重、腰围等)、实验室指标(空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等)及腹部超声等,并进行统计学分析。结果共调查≥65岁老年体检人群4346名,NAFLD患病率为35.14%,男性患病率(29.98%)低于女性(39.25%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=40.43,P<0.01);多因素logistic回归分析显示女性、城市人口、体质指数高、腰围大、收缩压高、空腹血糖高、谷丙转氨酶高、甘油三酯高是老年NAFLD的独立危险因素,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高为保护因素。结论扬州市社区老年人群NAFLD患病率较高,需要采取积极防控措施。Objective To study the prevalence and related risk factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD)in elderly population in Yangzhou City.Methods The health data of permanent residents in Yangzhou aged at least 65 years participated in physical examination in 2020 voluntarily were collected,including general data(age,gender,smoking and alcohol history,etc.),physical data(height,weight,waist circumference,etc.),laboratory indicators(fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,etc.)and abdominal ultrasound examination results,which were subjected to statistical analysis.Results A total of 4346 elderly people aged at least 65 years were investigated.The prevalence of NAFLD was 35.14%,and the prevalence of male(29.98%)was lower than that of female(39.25%),with significant statistical difference(χ^(2)=40.43,P<0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female,urban population,high levels of body mass index,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,alanine aminotransferase and triglyceride were independent risk factors for NAFLD in elderly population,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was the protective factor.Conclusion The prevalence of NAFLD among the elderly in Yangzhou community is high,and active prevention and control measures need to be taken.
