摘  要:针对一起气动葫芦吊用短环链中的链环断裂失效案例,对链环进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、显微组织分析、硬度分析、断口显微分析.结果表明:链环断裂主要与链环局部组织过热造成的晶界弱化以及显微组织中存在的块状铁素体造成的性能下降有关,然后在大应力的作用下发生脆性断裂.最后,针对如何减少甚至避免类似事件再次发生,提出相关建议.In view of the case of chain link fracture failure of short-link chain for pneumatic hoist,the fracture chain link was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,hardness analysis and fracture micro analysis.The results show that the main reason for the chain link fracture was related to the weakening of the grain boundary caused by the overheating of local structure of the chain link and the decrease of properties caused by the existence of massive ferrite in the microstructure,and then brittle fracture occured under the action of large stress.Finally,some suggestions were put forward on how to reduce or even avoid the recurrence of similar events.
