摘  要:大型精密仪器设备比较贵重,对实验环境和操作素养要求比较高,一般由专人管理、专人操作。大型精密仪器设备通常比较先进,密切服务科研一线,因此开展大型精密仪器实验有利于学生掌握仪器操作和数据处理,提升实验分析综合能力。然而,一般高校大型精密仪器分析实验很少对学生教学开放,学生对仪器的操作只能停留在课堂学习过程中形成的一些模糊的概念。本文以单晶X射线衍射实验为例,探讨如何开展线上线下实验教学活动。通过线上线下教学相结合,最大程度培养学生对大型精密仪器的熟练操作、发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的综合能力。The large complex and fine instruments are generally managed and used by professionals for their high price which require professional operation in special experimental environment.The large complex and fine instruments are relatively advanced and closely serve the front line of scientific research.Therefore,the comprehensive experimental analysis ability of students can be improved through experiments of the large complex and fine instruments.However,the experiments of the large complex and fine instruments are rarely open to students.So,after learning in class,students can only know some vague concepts.Taking the single crystal X-ray diffraction experiment as an example,how to carry out online and offline experimental teaching activities,and cultivate the comprehensive ability to find,analyze and solve problems through the combination of online and offline teaching are explored.
