摘 要:学分制实施的核心要义包括学习自由、以生为本、个性发展、因材施教4个方面。目前高校面临学习自由的实现、学生自主学习、自我管理、课程资源、课程体系、师资力量、保障体系及配套设施等多重挑战。为创新人才培养模式、推动教育高质量发展,高校应当从扩大学生学习自主权、选择权,增强学生自主学习意识和能力,建立学业预警、淘汰机制,推进课程建设与管理、丰富优质课程资源,优化课程体系和选课规则,完善教学质量保障与监督,加强师资队伍建设、健全导师制度,完善保障体系及配套设施等方面入手来进行改革。The core of the implementation of credit system includes four aspects: learning freedom, student-oriented,personality development and teaching students according to their aptitude. At present, colleges and universities are faced with the realization of learning freedom, students’ independent learning, self-management, curriculum resources,curriculum system, faculty, supporting system and facilities and so on. In order to innovate the training mode of talents and promote the high-quality development of education, we should expand the students’ learning autonomy and choice,strengthen students’ autonomous learning awareness and ability, establish academic warning and elimination mechanism,promote the course construction and management, enrich high quality resources, optimize course system and course selection rules, improve the teaching quality guarantee and supervision, strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the tutor system, improve the supporting system and facilities and so on.
