Breva踝关节运动仪训练联合悬吊带康复训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察Breva踝关节运动仪训练联合悬吊带康复训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取60例痉挛型脑瘫患儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用悬吊带康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合Breva踝关节运动仪训练,比较两组训练前后运动功能评分、平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]评分、踝关节被动背屈角度和肌张力分级。结果:训练后,观察组下肢运动功能和BBS评分均高于对照组,踝关节被动背屈角度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肌张力分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Breva踝关节运动仪训练联合悬吊带康复训练可提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢运动功能和BBS评分,改善肌张力分级,减小踝关节被动背屈角度,效果优于单纯悬吊带康复训练。Objective:To observe application effects of Breva ankle motion instrument training combined with sling rehabilitation training in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:60 children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given sling rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given Breva ankle motion instrument training on the basis of that of the control group.The motor function score,the balance ability[Berg balance scale(BBS)]score,the passive ankle dorsiflexion angle and the muscle tension classification were compared between the two groups before and after the training.Results:After the training,the lower limb motor function and the BBS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the passive dorsiflexion angle of the ankle joint was smaller than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the muscle tension classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Breva ankle motion instrument training combined with sling rehabilitation training can improve the lower extremity motor function and the BBS score,improve the muscle tension classification,and reduce the passive ankle dorsiflexion angle in the children with spastic cerebral palsy.Moreover,it is superior to single sling rehabilitation training.
