不同遮盖时间对远视性弱视患儿立体视锐度与视力的改善效果

摘　　要：目的:比较不同遮盖时间对远视性弱视患儿立体视锐度与视力的改善效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年1月该院收治的120例远视性弱视患儿的临床资料,按遮光时间不同将其分为2 h/d组、6 h/d组和24 h/d组各40例,比较三组视力改善效果、立体视重建效果和立体视锐度。结果:治疗后,6 h/d组和24 h/d组的视力改善总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);6 h/d组和24 h/d组的视力改善总有效率均高于2 h/d组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,6 h/d组和24 h/d组的立体视重建总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6 h/d和24 h/d组的立体视重建总有效率高于2 h/d组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组立体锐视度均低于治疗前,且6 h/d组和24 h/d组均低于2 h/d组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但6 h/d组和24 h/d组两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:6 h/d和24 h/d遮盖远视性弱视患儿可提高立体视锐度和视力的效果优于2 h/d遮盖效果。Objective:To compare effects of different covering time on improvement of stereoscopic acuity and visual acuity in children with hyperopic amblyopia.Methods:The clinical data of 120 children with hyperopic amblyopia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into 2 h/d group,6 h/d group and 24 h/d group according to different coving time,40cases in each group.The visual acuity improvement effect,the stereoscopic reconstruction effect and the stereoscopic acuity were compared among the three groups.Results:After the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of visual acuity improvement between the 6 h/d group and the 24 h/d group(P>0.05).The total effective rates of visual acuity improvement in the 6 h/d group and the 24 h/d group were higher than that in the 2 h/d group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of stereoscopic reconstruction between the 6 h/d group and the 24 h/d group(P>0.05).The total effective rates of stereoscopic reconstruction in the 6 h/d and 24 h/d groups were higher than that in the 2 h/d group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The stereoscopic acuity levels of the three groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the 6 h/d group and the 24 h/d group were lower than that of the 2 h/d group(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference between the 6 h/d group and 24 h/d groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Covering time of 6 h/d and 24 h/d for the children with hyperopic amblyopia can improve the stereoscopic acuity and the visual acuity.Moreover,they are superior to 2 h/d covering.
