奥美拉唑联合呋喃唑酮治疗慢性胃窦炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析奥美拉唑联合呋喃唑酮治疗慢性胃窦炎的临床效果与使用价值。方法选取本院收治的慢性胃窦炎患者200例为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2020年1月,采用随机分组法将患者分为两组,100例患者作为对照组单纯采用呋喃唑酮进行治疗,而剩余100例患者作为试验组采用奥美拉唑联合呋喃唑酮治疗。对比两组患者的治疗有效率、复发率、症状缓解时间以及用药不良影响。结果经过不同治疗方案实施之后,试验组患者的治疗有效率更高,症状缓解时间更短、疾病复发率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应对比对照组没有增加,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者用药满意度97.00%明显高于对照组86.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时对比两组患者躯体功能、日常生活能力、心理健康以及社会功能改善情况,试验组患者显著优于对照组患者,生活质量得到显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用奥美拉唑联合呋喃唑酮治疗慢性胃窦炎能够优先缓解胃窦炎的症状,提高治疗有效率,同时联合治疗方式在奥美拉唑单纯治疗的基础上不良反应率没有明显增高,患者生活质量得到极大改善,加上复发率与症状缓解时间极大的改善,联合治疗方式的临床效果较好,具有推广使用的价值。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and application value of omeprazole combined with furazolidone in the treatment of chronic gastric sinusitis.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,200 patients with chronic gastrosinusitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.One hundred patients in the control group were treated with furazolidone alone,while the remaining 100 patients in the experimental group were treated with omeprazole combined with furazolidone.The treatment efficiency,recurrence rate,symptom relief time and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of different treatment plans,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher,the symptom relief time was shorter,the disease recurrence rate was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no increase in adverse reactions in the experimental group compared with the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction of 97.00% in the experimental group was significantly higher than 86.00% in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the improvement of physical function,ability of daily living,mental health and social function between the two groups were compared,the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the quality of life was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of omeprazole and furazolidone in the treatment of chronic gastric sinusitis can relieve the symptoms of gastric sinusitis and improve the efficiency of the treatment.At the same time,the adverse reaction rate of the combined treatment is not significantly increased on the basis of omeprazole alone,and the quality of life of the patients is greatly improved with the improvement of recurrence rate and symptom relief time,the clinical effect of combined therapy is better,which has the value of popularization.
