摘  要:以东方型重瓣百合Thalita为材料,采用5个不同浓度(100、200、300、400、500mg·L^(-1))的赤霉素(GA_(3))对其进行叶面喷施处理,以清水为对照,通过测定其株高、茎粗及采后品质等指标,探究GA_(3)对重瓣百合Thalita生长的影响;瓶插试验时将经不同浓度GA_(3)处理且长势一致的百合切下放入清水中,测定花枝鲜重及花期等品质指标,探究GA_(3)对重瓣百合Thalita瓶插品质的影响。结果表明:500mg·L^(-1)处理对株高、叶绿素相对含量和花期的促进作用最佳,其中单朵花期和整株花期比对照分别延长55.75%和40.70%;100mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)处理对增加Thalita茎粗有一定的促进作用;300mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)处理花苞数最多。在种球方面,400mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)对Thalita鲜重和周径的增加促进作用最佳。瓶插期间,400mg·L^(-1)处理花枝鲜重最大;300mg·L^(-1)处理可延缓Thalita瓶插叶绿素相对含量下降;500mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)在提高花苞开放率和延长花期方面效果最佳,其中单朵花期比对照提高22.49%。综上而言,不同浓度GA_(3)对东方型重瓣百合Thalita生长及瓶插品质指标影响不同,生产上可针对个性化需求进行相应处理。In this study,double-flower lily Thalita was used as material,five different concentrations of GA_(3)(100,200,300,400 and 500 mg·L^(-1))were applied in the lily growth by spraying the leaves while water was used as control,the plant height,stem diameter and postharvest quality were investigated in order to study the effect of GA_(3) on the growth of double-flower lily Thalita;In order to investigate the effect of GA_(3) on the quality of Thalita in bottle placement,lilium cut with the same growth with different concentrations of GA_(3) were put into water and the quality indexes of fresh weight,flowering number and flowering date were determined.The results showed that in the cultivation experiment 500 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3) had the best promotion effect on plant height,relative chlorophyll content and flowering period;The single flowering period and the whole flowering period were 55.75%and 40.70%longer than those of CK,respectively;100 mg·L^(-1) GA_(3) could promote the increase of stem diameter of double-flower lily Thalita;300 mg·L^(-1) GA_(3) had the most number of flower buds;400 mg·L^(-1) GA_(3) had the best promoting effect on the increase of fresh weight and circumference of double-flower lily Thalita.During its vase storage,400 mg·L^(-1) GA_(3) had the best effect on keeping the fresh weight of cut lily flower;300 mg·L^(-1) treatment can delay the decrease of chlorophyll relative content of doubleflower lily Thalita;500 mg·L^(-1) GA_(3) had the best effect on increasing the rate of bud opening and prolonging the flowering period,and the single flowering period was 22.49%higher than that of the CK.In conclusion,different concentrations of GA_(3) have different effects on the growth and bottle quality of oriental double lily Thalita,which can be processed according to individual needs in production.
