摘 要:传统的酸液稠化剂在配制酸液时存在施工效率低、劳动强度大、安全环保风险等问题。使用丙烯酰胺(AM)和DAC为原料,通过反相乳液聚合的方法合成出不同阳离子度的免配制酸液稠化剂。研究了反相剂、单体配比、链增长剂等因素对合成稠化剂的性能影响,并采用红外光谱分析了AM、DAC的共聚物P(AM-DAC)和AM的均聚物PAM的结构。结果表明:NP-10具有良好的反相作用,当AM与DAC的质量比为8∶2时,加入链增长剂后得到的产物在质量分数为20%的盐酸中的运动黏度为288.6 mm^(2)·s^(-1),30 d后黏度下降率仅为7.6%,运动黏度比未加入链增长剂提升了36.6%,酸溶时间在25 min以内,表观黏度可达84 mPa·s,利用其配制的稠化酸90 min对大理石的溶蚀率仅为37.7%,在碳酸盐岩储层酸化作业中具有良好的应用前景。Traditional acid thickener has some problems,such as low construction efficiency, high labor intensity,safety and environmental protection risks when preparing acid. In this paper, acrylamide(AM) and DAC were used as raw materials, and the preparation-free acid thickener with different cationic degrees was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization. The effects of inverse agent, monomer ratio and chain extender on the properties of the synthesized thickener were studied, and the structures of AM-DAC copolymer P and AM homopolymer PAM were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. Experimental results showed that NP-10 had good reverse phase effect. When the mass ratio of AM to DAC was 8∶2, the kinematic viscosity of the product added with chain extender in hydrochloric acid with mass fraction of 20% was 288.6 mm^(2)·s^(-1), and after 30 days, the viscosity decrease rate was only 7.6%, which was 36.6% higher than that without chain extender. The acid dissolution time was less than 25 min, and the apparent viscosity reached 84 m Pa·s. The dissolution rate of marble by gelled acid was only 37.7% in 90 min. It has good application prospect in acidizing operation of carbonate reservoir.
