摘　　要：白参菌是一种食药兼用的珍稀食用菌。根据白参菌实际工厂化栽培经验,提出对液体菌种制作、装袋配方、养菌后熟、催蕾出菇、采收、包装冷藏等条件进行综合控制,实现白参菌工厂化栽培。Schizophyllum communer is a kind of rare edible fungi with both food and medicine.According to the actual industrialized cultivation experience of S.communer,it is proposed to comprehensively control the conditions such as liquid spawn production,bagging formula,post ripening,bud accelerating and mushroom emergence,harvesting,packaging and refrigeration,so as to realize the industrialized cultivation of S.communer.
