摘  要:m6A RNA甲基化是指RNA腺嘌呤的第6位氮原子发生甲基化,属于最常见的一种RNA修饰方式,广泛存在于真核细胞中,参与RNA的转录、加工、剪切、翻译和降解过程,与人类多种疾病密切相关,尤其在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。肝癌是威胁全球人类健康的最常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及死亡率均位居前列。m6A RNA甲基化在肝癌中的作用近年来已成为研究热点。m6A RNA甲基化修饰受甲基转移酶、去甲基转移酶、m6A识别蛋白共同调控。本文主要就m6A RNA甲基化相关蛋白的组成、作用方式及其在肝癌上皮间质转化、干细胞干性调节、肿瘤耐药及发生发展等方面的研究进行综述。m6A RNA methylation refers to the methylation of the 6th nitrogen atom of RNA adenine,which is the most common RNA modification mode.It is widely found in eukaryotic cells and is involved in the transcription,processing,splicing,translation and degradation of RNA.It is closely related to a variety of human diseases.In particular,it plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors that threaten human health worldwide,and its morbidity and mortality are at the forefront.The role of m6A RNA methylation in liver cancer has become a research hotspot in recent years.The methylation modification of m6A RNA is jointly regulated by methyltransferase,demethyltransferase and m6A recognition protein.This article reviews the composition and function of m6A RNA methylation-related proteins and their roles in epithelial-mesenchymal transition,stem cell regulation,drug resistance and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
