摘 要:线圈高频电阻的计算对无线充电系统线圈的优化设计至关重要。实际工程一般采用Litz线来绕制线圈以减小趋肤和邻近损耗,但由于扭绞工艺的影响,实际Litz线的电阻值介于理想Litz线和平行束导线之间。本文首先详细分析Litz线电阻的组成与影响因素;其次,提出采用理想Litz线和平行束导线的电阻来拟合实际Litz线电阻的计算方法,该方法同时考虑了线圈自身结构和不同线圈之间电磁场的相互耦合作用对电阻的影响;最后,采用两类Litz线搭建平面矩形线圈和DD线圈进行实验验证。实验表明,在不同的频率范围内,所提计算方法得出的平面矩形线圈和DD线圈的电阻值与实际测量结果一致,验证了该计算方法的准确性和有效性。The calculation of high frequency resistance of coils is critical to the optimal design for wireless power transfer systems.In practical applications,Litz wire is generally used to wound coils in wireless power transfer systems to reduce skinning and proximity losses,but due to the influence of the fabrication procedure,the resistance of the non-ideal Litz wire is between the resistance of ideal Litz wire and the resistance of parallel strands.Firstly,this paper analyzes the different parts and influencing factors of Litz wire resistance in detail.Secondly,it proposes a calculation method to fit the non-ideal Litz wire resistance by using the resistance of ideal Litz wire and parallel strands,which takes into account the influence of the coil’s own structure and the mutual coupling of electromagnetic fields between different coils on the resistance value.Finally,two types of Litz wire are used to construct the planar rectangular coils and DD coils for experimental verification.The experimental results show that the resistance values of planar rectangular coils and DD coils derived from the proposed calculation method are consistent with the actual measurement results in different frequency ranges,which verifies the accuracy and validity of the proposed calculation method.
