摘　　要：目的筛选适合我国炎症性肠病(IBD)患者生命质量测定量表(QLICD-IBD V2.0)的特异模块条目,为创建IBD患者的生命质量测评工具提供基础。方法采取结构化决策方式,由议题小组和核心小组提出针对我国IBD患者QLICD-IBD V2.0的不重复备选条目,并最终决定IBD的特异性条目。对42例医护人员和60例IBD患者进行访谈和预调查,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、克朗巴赫系数法、医生重要性评分5种方法进行统计学分析,并结合核心小组讨论,对条目进行筛选,得到特异模块条目。结果共提出不重复备选条目22个,结合核心小组意见筛选后的特异性条目共15个。满足4种统计学方法的条目共11个,结合核心小组意见,最终筛选出特异模块条目14个。14个特异模块条目:IBD1您的大便次数频繁吗?IBD2您的大便带有脓血吗?IBD3您有腹部不适(腹痛、腹胀等)吗?IBD4您有因为肠道问题导致粪便和尿渗出吗?IBD5您有肛周疼痛、脓肿、肛裂吗?IBD6您有想排便又排不尽的感觉吗?IBD7您有发热吗?IBD8您有头晕、心慌、乏力吗?IBD9您有肠外症状(如关节疼痛、红斑等)吗?IBD10您有因为害怕找不到洗手间而感到困扰吗?IBD11您有担心疾病影响了您的恋爱或婚姻生活吗?IBD12饮食方面的限制对您影响大吗?IBD13您有因经常服药或进行肠镜检查而感到苦恼吗?IBD14药物不良反应(如脱发、痤疮等)对您影响大吗?结论成功筛选出适合我国IBD患者QLICD-IBD V2.0的特异模块条目共14个,均具有较好的信度及效度,有助于评估IBD患者的生命质量。Objective To screen the specific module items of the Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases-Inflammatory Bowel Disease V2.0(QLICD-IBD V2.0)suitable for Chinese patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),which can be served as a valuable QOL tool for patients with IBD.Methods The nominal and core group proposed non-repetitive alternative items of the QLICD-IBD V2.0 scale through structured decision-making,and made the final decision of the specific module items.We did interview and pre-survey on the panel of medical staff(n=42)and IBD patients(n=60).Further,we did statistical analysis by variability method,correlation coefficient method,factor analysis method,Cronbach coefficient method,and doctor importance score.Meanwhile,combined with the discussion of the core group,we screened the items to obtain the specific items Results A total of 22 non-repetitive alternative items were proposed;after combing with the opinions of the core group,we screened out 15 specific items.Eleven items met the four statistical methods.After combining with the opinions of the core group,we screened out 14 specific module items finally.The 14 specific module items specifically included"IBD1 Do you have frequent bowel movements?","IBD2 Do you have any pus and blood in your stool?","IBD3 Do you have any abdominal discomfort(e.g.abdominal pain,distension,etc.)","IBD4 Do you have any bowel problems causing fecal and urine to leak out?","IBD5 Do you have a perianal pain abscess anal fissure?","IBD6 Do you have the feeling that you want to defecate but can't get rid of it?","IBD7 Do you have a fever?","IBD8 Do you have dizziness,palpitation or fatigue?","IBD9 Do you have extra-intestinal symptoms(e.g.joint pain,erythema,etc.)?","IBD10 Are you troubled by the fear of not being able to find the bathroom?","IBD11 Are you worried that your illness is affecting your romantic or marital life?","IBD12 Do dietary restrictions affect you much?","IBD13 Are you troubled by the need for frequent medication or colonoscopy?","IBD14 Do the sid
