摘 要:目的 探讨高中生抑郁、焦虑、压力与新型毒品尝试行为的关系,为开展高中生禁毒教育工作提供科学依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,选取武汉市某职业高中和普通高中共1 791名学生,运用问卷调查高中生的个人特征、新型毒品尝试情况、压力、焦虑、抑郁。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析影响新型毒品尝试行为的心理影响因素。结果 高中生新型毒品的尝试率为2.8%,尝试人数及尝试率在性别(χ^(2)=17.627,P<0.001)、学校类别(χ^(2)=7.242,P=0.001)、年级(χ^(2)=15.073,P<0.001)、户籍(χ^(2)=8.491,P=0.004)、独生子女(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023)、焦虑(χ^(2)=56.692,P<0.001)上有统计学差异(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归模型显示,与正常状态相比较,重度焦虑和非常严重焦虑倾向高中生新型毒品尝试行为OR值分别为4.44(95%CI:1.22~16.14)和9.55(95%CI:2.53~36.03)(P<0.05)。结论 重度及以上焦虑的高中生更容易出现尝试行为,重视高中生健康心理教育,结合家庭、学校和社会三方共建心理健康卫生系统,积极关注高中生不良心理情绪,培养他们良好兴趣和正确价值观,保护高中生群体远离新型毒品危害。Objective To explore the relationship among depression, anxiety, stress and new-type drugs(NTD) experience among high school students. Methods With Stratified random cluster sampling, a total of 1 791 students were selected from a vocational high school and an ordinary high school in Wuhan. The students’ demographic characteristics, NTD experience, stress, anxiety and depression were investigated by questionnaire. SPSS26.0 were used for data analysis. Results The prevalence of NTD high school students was 2.8%, and there were statistically significant differences in the number and rate of NTD in gender(χ^(2)=17.627, P<0.001), school(χ^(2)=7.242, P=0.001), grade(χ^(2)=15.073, P<0.001), household registration(χ^(2)=8.491, P=0.004), only child(χ^(2)=5.164, P=0.023), anxiety(χ^(2)=56.692, P<0.001), all P<0.05. The multivariate logistic regression model showed that, compared with normal state, the OR values of high school students with severe anxiety and very severe anxiety were 4.44(95%CI:1.22-16.14) and 9.55(95%CI: 2.53-36.03), respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion In comparison with normal emotions, severe anxiety and extremely severe anxiety are the risk factors of NTD experience among high school students. Importance should be attached to the health and psychological education of high school students, combine family, school, and society to build a mental health system together. People should pay attention to the bad psychological emotions of high school students actively, cultivate their good interests and correct values, and protect high school students from the harm of new-type drugs.
