摘 要:目的 建立蜂蜜中氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺的液相色谱-串联质谱快速检测方法。方法 样品经过氨化乙腈提取,采用QuEChERS对提取液进行净化,应用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定,内标法定量。结果 在0.2~50 ng/ml范围内本法线性关系良好(r>0.9998),检出限在0.05μg/kg~0.2μg/kg之间,加标回收率在96.5%~105%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.8%~5.3%之间。结论 该方法灵敏准确,操作简便快捷,适用于批量蜂蜜样品中氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺的快速分析。Objective To establish a rapid detection method of liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry for florfenicol and florfenicol amide in honey. Methods The analytes in honey samples were extracted with ammoniated acetonitrile, and then cleaned up by QuEChERs method. The contents of florfenicol and florfenicol in honey were separated and detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and finally quantified by internal standard method. Results The linear relationship was good within the range of 0.2-50 ng/ml with r>0.9998. The detection limits were between 0.05 μg/kg and 0.2 μg/kg. The recovery rates were between 96.5% and 105%, with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) range of 3.8% to 5.3%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and simple. It is suitable for the rapid analysis of florfenicol and florfenicolamide in a large batch of honey samples.
