摘  要:在山东淄博潭溪山景区大跨度单斜拱斜拉人行桥施工过程中,首次采用悬崖顶拱桥自平衡高空竖向旋转施工技术,并运用3D3S软件对施工过程进行全面的施工模拟分析。该技术结合施工现场地形条件,将整个桥梁结构经过2次旋转安装到设计位置,拉索依靠重力自动张紧。第1次旋转为桥面梁绕主拱上的节点进行,第2次旋转为桥面梁、拉索及主拱组成的整体结构绕主拱支座处的内置节点进行,2次旋转均为绕两侧节点形成的水平轴进行高空竖向旋转。在保证结构旋转安全的前提下,该施工技术用钢量最少、安全性最好、工期最短。In the construction process of the large-span monoclinic arch cable-stayed bridge in Tanxi Mountain Scenic Area of Zibo City, Shandong Province, the self-balanced high-altitude vertical rotation construction method of the cliff top arch bridge is initially proposed, and the safety of the construction process is comprehensively simulated and analyzed by using 3 D3 S software. According to the topographical conditions of the construction site, the whole bridge structure was rotated twice to the design position, and the cables were tensioned automatically by gravity. The first is the rotation of the bridge deck beam around the node on the main arch, and the second is the rotation of the whole structure, composed of bridge deck beam, cable and main arch, around the built-in node at the main arch support. Both of them were vertical rotation around the horizontal axis formed by the nodes on both sides. On the premise of ensuring the safety of structure rotation, the construction method proposed in the article becomes the most appropriate construction method with the least steel consumption, the best safety and the shortest construction period.
