摘  要:以赣州市蓉江新区过江隧道为研究背景,提出一种适用于铣挖机开挖的大断面、围岩级别差、超浅埋水下隧道施工工法。结合现场施工,利用三维有限元分析软件PLAXIS对榕江新区过江隧道的开挖过程进行了数值模拟研究。分析该工法在施工中对围岩的应力、变形以及稳定性的影响,针对薄弱部位提出了具体措施。结果表明,改进CD工法能够有效控制隧道拱顶沉降以及拱腰的水平位移,有效减少矿山法施工对围岩的扰动。Based on the research background of the tunnel across the river in Rongjiang new district of Ganzhou city, this paper puts forward a construction method of large section, poor grade of surrounding rock and ultra-shallow buried underwater tunnel which is suitable for the excavation by milling and excavating machine. Combined with the site construction, the three-dimensional finite element analysis software PLAXIS is used to carry out numerical simulation research on the excavation process of the tunnel across the river in Rongjiang New Area. This paper analyzes the influence of this construction method on the stress, deformation and stability of surrounding rock during construction, and puts forward specific measures for the weak parts. The improved CD construction method can effectively control the tunnel vault settlement and the horizontal displacement of the arch waist, and effectively reduce the disturbance of the mining method construction to the surrounding rock.
