摘　　要：“南北政”学说始于《黄帝内经》,属于五运六气基本理论之一。历代医家及学者对南北政的划分观点不一。古代有唐代王冰等以甲己土运为南政,清代张志聪以戊癸火运为南政,清代陆儋辰从天文历法角度解南北政,清代黄元御以天气升降解南北政;近现代有任应秋以黄道南北纬解南北政,周铭心等以空间地理方位解南北政,邹勇、周虎等以司天在泉解南北政,晏向阳以干支配合解南北政等,历代各家众说纷纭。文章采用文献研究的主要方法,结合现代研究成果,对古今医家及学者南北政主要观点进行整理,以期为南北政学说及脉法研究提供线索,使其更好地应用于临床。The doctrine of ‘south and north azimuth’ started from Huangdi Neijing, which belongs to one of the basic theories of five circuits and six qi. Physicians and scholars of past dynasties hold different views on the south and north azimuth.In ancient times, WANG Bing of Tang dynasty and others took the earth circuit of Jia Ji as the south azimuth. In the Qing dynasty, ZHANG Zhi-cong took the fire circuit of Wu Gui as the south azimuth. LU Dan-chen based on the astronomical calendar to divided the south and north azimuth. HUANG Yuan-yu divided the south and north azimuth according to the ascending and descending of celestial qi. In modern times, REN Ying-qiu explained the south and north azimuth from the perspective of astronomy in the southern and northern latitudes of the ecliptic. ZHOU Ming-xin and others divided the south and north azimuth from the perspective of spatial and geographical position. ZOU Yong and ZHOU Hu analyzed the south and north azimuth by celestial manager qi and qi in the earth. YAN Xiang-yang combined heavenly stems and earthly branches to interpreted the south and north azimuth, and etc.. There were different opinions from different physicians and scholars in the past dynasties. By studying the literature researches and combing with the modern research achievements, this article reorganized the main viewpoints of the ancient and modern physicians and scholars on the south and north azimuth. With a view to provide clues for the study of the doctrine of south and north azimuth and pulse method, so that it can be better applied to clinical practice.
