摘　　要：气学说是中医理论的基石,且根植于中华传统文化这一深厚土壤,有“道即元气”说、“精气”说等,包含了“形而上”之道的非实体客观存在和“形而下”之器的实体客观存在。这部分内容普遍存在于中医的各家著作之中。文章通过对《黄帝内经》中道、心、天及气的物质性,气的升降出入,五运六气等阐述,得出《黄帝内经》中气学说的内容既吸收了传统文化气学说的精华,有“形而上”层面的论述,亦有作为“形而下”层面的论述,前者如古代的内证体察修炼“呼吸精气,独立守神”,后者如《庄子》中气化思想的体现“人有五脏化五气”等;也有对气学说的创新发展,如营卫之气的产生与运行规律,综合起来构建了中医学理论体系的基石。Qi theory is the cornerstone of traditional Chinese medicine theory, and rooted in the deep soil of Chinese traditional culture, and there are ‘Dao is yuan qi’, ‘essence qi’ and so on, including the non entity objective existence of ‘metaphysical’Dao and the entity objective existence of ‘physical and inferior’ devices. This part of the content is widely found in the works of TCM. In this article, we have expounded the material nature of qi, the heart, the heaven and the Dao in Huangdi Neijing, the movement of qi ascending and descending, five movements and six qi, and so on. It is concluded that the theory of qi in Huangdi Neijing not only absorbs the essence of the traditional cultural qi theory, but also has a ‘metaphysical’ level, and it also has a discussion of ‘physical’ level. The former is like the ancient internal syndrome observation practice ‘breathing the essence and keeping the spirit independent’. The latter is like the embodiment of the idea of qi transformation in Zhuangzi, for example, ‘people have five viscera that creat five qi’, and the innovation and development of qi theory, for example the generation and operation law of Ying Wei qi. In summary, they have formed the cornerstone of TCM theoretical system.
