摘　　要：《黄帝内经》论“节”之用义颇多,如“食饮不节”“治节”“六六之节”“骨节”等,其所用之义或因本义明晰却因字组不同而有所差别,或因字有多义而引起后世诸多争议,如此便令“节”的字义及字词理解产生种种困难及偏差,故笔者考据《黄帝内经》原文及后世医家注解,对《黄帝内经》中“节”的各种字义进行分类解析,将其分为节制、节律、调节,节度,关节,穴位,节次,节要6类,另对历代争议颇多的“治节”之节进行专题讨论,并详细究其字义,根据不同研究范围将其分为调节和节律二义。这些对“节”字义所进行的考据分析,将更有助于对《黄帝内经》的理解研究。There are many different meanings of ‘Jie’ in Huangdi Neijing analyses, for example, the meaning of ‘improper diet’ ‘regulating’ ‘Days of year’ ‘Knuckle’ etc.. However, the meaning or original meaning used by the word is different slightly due to the different word groups, or the polysemy of the words has caused many disputes in the later generations. In this way,the meaning of Huangdi Neijing and the understanding of its words and sentences have all kinds of difficulties and deviations.Therefore, based on the original text of Huangdi Neijing and the notes of later experts, this article classifies and analyzes the meanings of ‘Jie’ in Huangdi Neijing. It can be divided into six categories: control, rhythm, regulation, calendar unit, joint,meridians and acupoints, ‘Festival times’ and ‘key events’. In addition, the section of ‘regulating’ which has been much debated in the past dynasties is discussed in a special topic, and its meaning is studied in detail, which is divided into ‘regulating’ and ‘rhythm’according to different research scopes. The analysis of the meaning of the word ‘Jie’ will be more helpful to the understanding and study of Huangdi Neijing and thus provide more theoretical basis for clinical innovation.
