摘 要:随着大数据、人工智能、云计算及区块链等新兴技术与各行业不断融合,数字经济蓬勃发展,商业模式不断发生变革,由此对应用型大学新商科人才培养模式提出了新的要求。分析数字经济时代下商科人才的需求特点及未来产教融合的新趋势,在此基础上提出数字经济时代应用型大学产教融合的新商科人才培养模式,即树立数字人才培养观,加强顶层设计;以课程和项目为纽带,促进跨学科和跨专业的交叉融合;构建学校、企业和政府多主体参与的数字化创新生态系统,增强创新创业特色;搭建线上线下相融合的数字化能力平台,实施课赛结合;加强产教融合的师资队伍建设,提升教师智能素养。With the continuous integration of new technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and block chain with various industries,the vigorous development of digital economy has promoted the continuous change of the business model,which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation model of new business talents in application-oriented universities.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the demand for business talents in the digital economy era and the new trend of industry-education integration in the future,and puts forward the cultivation model of new business talents in application-oriented universities in the context of industry-education integration in the digital economy era.The application-oriented universities should establish the digital talents training concept and strengthen the top-level design;promote multidisciplinary and cross-professional integration in the courses and projects as the link;set up a digital innovation ecosystem with the multi-body participation of schools,enterprises and governments to enhance the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship;build a digital competence platform with online and offline integration,and strengthen the combination of classes and competitions;strengthen the construction of teaching staff for industry-education integration and enhance teachers artificial intelligence competence.
