摘 要:针对居民复杂用电场景下电压、电流波形动态快速变化的特点,提出一种基于改进型单周期控制的半桥功率放大器。给出半桥功率放大器的稳态工作模态,分析改进型单周期控制器的电路构成和工作原理;新增1组积分电路,以2组积分电路交替工作的方式来解决积分电容非理想放电的问题;使用PSIM软件对功率放大器的稳态特性和动态响应进行仿真,并在样机上量测部分实验波形。以家用空调和电水壶为例,对比其电压、电流波形回放数据与原始数据,差异度均不超过±0.5%。实验结果表明,该功率放大器动态响应快,电路结构简单,并且具有较好的波形回放效果。Aiming at the characteristic of fast dynamic changes of the voltage and current waveforms in the complex residential electricity consumption scene,this paper proposes a half-bridge power amplifier based on modified one-cycle control.It discusses steady-state operation modes of the full-bridge power amplifier and analyzes circuit organization and operation principles of the modified one-cycle controller.It uses a way of creating one more set of integration circuit and alternating operation of two sets of integration circuits to solve the problem of non-ideal discharge issue of integration capacitor.Afterwards,the paper employs the software PSIM to simulate steady-state performance and dynamic response of the power amplifier,and measures part of the experimental waveforms on the prototype.Taking household air-conditioner and electric kettle as examples,the paper compares restorated data and raw data of voltage and current waveforms and obtains the diversity factor below±0.5%.The experimental results demonstrate the proposed power amplifier has fast dynamic response,simple circuit structure and satisfactory waveform restoration effect.
