摘　　要：目的:探讨外周血淋巴细胞计数变化与晚期口腔鳞状细胞癌患者预后的关系。方法:2014年1月—2017年12月,对103例接受原发肿瘤根治术及颈部淋巴结清扫术、临床资料及随访资料完整的晚期口腔鳞状细胞癌患者进行回顾性分析。随访2-70个月,中位随访时间为47个月。所有患者均在术前1周及术后1、7 d时抽静脉血检测血常规。分析淋巴细胞计数的变化与预后的关系。影响预后因素的单因素分析采用log-rank检验。结果:术前1周,外周血淋巴细胞计数正常组相对于异常组,总生存时间长,且差异具有统计学意义;术后1 d及术后7 d的外周血淋巴细胞计数正常组与异常组均无显著差异。结论:外周血淋巴细胞计数对于预测晚期口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的预后具有一定的临床价值。Objective:The purpose of this investigation was to delineate the relationship between counting of peripheral blood lymphocyte and clinical prognosis in patients with advanced oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 103 patients with advanced OSCC who received radical resection of primary tumor and cervical lymph node dissection from January 2014 to December 2017 and with complete clinical and follow-up data was performed.The patients were followed up for 2-70 months,with a median follow-up of 47 months.All patients were drawn venous blood samples at 1 week before surgery and 1 and 7 days after surgery for blood routine tests.The relationship between lymphocyte count and prognosis was analyzed.Univariate analysis of prognostic factors was performed by log-rank test.Results:Compared with the abnormal group,the normal peripheral blood lymphocyte counting group had a longer overall survival(OS)time at 1 week before surgery,which was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the normal group and abnormal group in peripheral blood lymphocyte counting at 1 and 7 days after surgery.Conclusion:The above findings suggested that peripheral blood lymphocyte counting had a certain predictive value in the prognosis of advanced OSCC.
