摘　　要：上唇腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)临床少见,常表现为上唇黏膜下肿块,不易诊断。本文报道1例发生于上唇小涎腺的ACC,患者根治切除术后行放射治疗,随访2年无复发及转移。复习相关文献,以期提高对上唇ACC的认识。Adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC)of the upper lip is relatively rare,which is characterized by submucosa mass,and is difficult in differential diagnosis.We described here a case of ACC that occurred in the upper lip minor salivary gland.After postoperative radiotherapy and radical excision,there was no recurrence and metastasis after 2-year follow-up.The relevant literature was reviewed to improve the understanding of ACC that occurred in the upper lip.
