生长抑素联合肠梗阻导管治疗黏连性肠梗阻的临床效果分析

摘　　要：分析黏连性肠梗阻患者行生长抑素、肠梗阻导管联合治疗的临床效果。将我院治疗的76例黏连性肠梗阻患者随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组应用生长抑素+肠梗阻导管治疗,对照组应用肠梗阻导管治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率、临床指标改善状况。经比较,实验组的总有效率为97.37%,显著高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05);实验组胃肠减压量(669.24±84.37)ml/d、腹胀缓解时间(3.67±1.03)d、恢复排气时间(8.05±1.64)d,显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。生长抑素与肠梗阻导管联用治疗黏连性肠梗阻的效果确切安全,可在短时间内改善患者的临床症状。The study analyzes the clinical effect of somatostatin combined with ileus catheter in the treatment of adhesive ileus.76 patients with adhesive ileus in the hospital are randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Experiment group receive somatostatin+ileus catheter treatment,and control group receive ileus catheter treatment.The effective rate and clinical index improvement situation of two groups are compared.Through comparison,the total effective rate of experiment group is 97.37%,which is significantly higher than 78.95%in control group(P<0.05).Gastrointestinal decompression amount,abdominal distension relief time and recovery exhaust time of experiment group are(669.24±84.37)ml/d,(3.67±1.03)d and(8.05±1.64)d,which are significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Somatostatin combined with ileus catheter in the treatment of adhesive ileus has exact and safe effect,and it can improve patient’s clinical symptom in short time.
