摘　　要：建设新时代网络思想文化阵地对于批驳网络文化悖论、营造清朗网络思想文化环境有着重要意义。推进网络思想文化阵地建设,要从多重角度着手进行深入研究。从阵地意识角度分析,要提升网民的安全意识、道德意识和守法意识,巩固网络思想文化阵地边界;从阵地结构角度分析,要巩固马克思主义指导地位,创新社会主义核心价值观表达方式,提升优秀网络文化产品供给能力;从阵地关系角度分析,要正确处理虚拟社会和现实社会、国内治理和国际共治、网络主体和网络客体以及网络思想文化阵地建设和人的发展的关系;从阵地体系角度分析,要健全网络思想文化阵地的创新机制、互动机制和管理机制。Refuting the paradox of network culture, clearing network ideological and cultural environment, the construction of a new era of network ideological and cultural front is of great significance. To promote the construction of ideological and cultural positions in the network, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research from multiple angles. From the angle of position consciousness, we should enhance the safety consciousness, moral consciousness and law-abiding consciousness of internet users, and consolidate the boundary of network ideological and cultural position. From the perspective of position structure, we should consolidate the guiding position of Marxism, innovate the expression of socialist core values, and enhance the supply capacity of excellent network cultural products. From the angle of position relations, we should correctly deal with the relations between virtual society and real society, domestic governance and international co-governance, network subject and network object, network ideological and cultural position construction and human development. From the angle of position system analysis, it is necessary to perfect the innovation mechanism, interaction mechanism and management mechanism of network ideological and cultural position.
