摘 要:工程教育背景下,针对当前部分大学生学习能力弱、综合素质欠佳等问题,首先,构建以学生为中心、学练融合的创新教学模式,以多元化的知识为载体,培养学生分析、解决问题的实践能力和创新思维意识;其次,利用学科竞赛平台开展多元化的课外实践活动,形成培养“领头羊”、落实“老带新”、倡导“优带弱”、激励“弱自强”的互助帮扶机制,激发学生的主观能动性,引导学生在实践中学以致用、在真实情境中完成典型任务,从而提升学生的学习能力和核心素养。Under the background of engineering education,aiming at the problems of weak learning ability and poor comprehensive quality of some college students,we build an innovative teaching mode focusing on students and the integration of learning and practice so as to improve students’practical ability and innovative thinking in analyzing and solving problems with diversified knowledge.We then use the discipline competition platform to carry out diversified extracurricular practical activities,and form a mutual assistance mechanism under which the model students are trained to be an example for the new students,and the poor-performing students are helped by the good ones.Therefore,we can stimulate students’subjective initiative,guide them to learn from practice and complete typical tasks in real situations,and then improve their learning ability and core competency.
