摘  要:地区工业的迅猛发展,倒逼了水务公司对供水管网的升级改造.本文介绍了基于PLC的变频恒压供水系统在某地区水务公司的应用.针对该公司泵房之前存在的设备老化、水电资源浪费大、系统自动化程度低等问题,采用了加装变频器、升级PLC控制柜、引进PID控制算法等方案,对出水压力进行调节,自动控制水泵的转速和水泵的启停,实现了恒压供水.The rapid development of the regional industry has forced the water plants to upgrade the water supply network.In this paper,the application of PLC-based variable frequency constant pressure water supply system in a local water plant is introduced.In view of the shortcomings of the company’s pump room,such as aging equipment,large waste of water and electricity resources,and low degree of system automation,solutions such as installing frequency converters,upgrading PLC control cabinets,and introducing PID control algorithms are adopted to adjust the water outlet pressure,with which the speed of the water pump and the start and stop of the water pump are automatically controlled to achieve constant pressure water supply.
