检验科微生物检验不合格标本的原因及对策

摘　　要：目的 对检验科微生物检验不合格标本的原因进行分析,同时探讨改善方法以为后续检验工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法研究时间为2018年1~12月,研究中纳入的病例是医院检验科所收集的不合格检验标本,选取其中60例作为本次研究对象,将不合格标本的具体原因进行分析归类,并根据标本采集类型及其不合格的具体原因进行进一步的统计分析。结果 在60例不合格标本中,共计痰液标本23例、尿液标本15例、血液标本9例、分泌物标本6例、粪便标本4例、无菌体液标本3例,分别占比38.33%、25.00%、15.00%、10.00%、6.67%、5.00%。痰液标本不合格率最为突出,其次为尿液标本以及血液标本,而分泌物、粪便以及无菌体验标本不合格情况相对较少。不同的检验标本在不合格的原因上均具有较为明显的差异,其中送检不及时、采集时间有误以及标本污染是最为常见的不合格因素。结论 针对于不合格的关键性因素,制定可行的应对策略,检验科务必加强与各个科室的交流沟通,同时制定积极有效的管理措施,提高微生物检验标本的合格率,可为临床检验工作提供指导意义。Objective To analyze the causes of unqualified samples in the microbiological examination of the laboratory, and to explore the improvement methods to provide reliable reference for the follow-up examination. Methods The study began to include cases in January 2018, the study ended in December 2018, the inclusion of cases in the study is our hospital laboratory collection of unqualified test specimens, in this study,60 cases were selected as the study object, the specific reasons of unqualified samples were analyzed and classified, and further statistical analysis was made according to the collection types and the specific reasons of unqualified samples. Results Among the 60 unqualified specimens, there were 23 sputum specimens, 15 urine specimens, 9 blood specimens, 6 secretion specimens, 4 stool specimens and 3 aseptic body fluid specimens,the percentages were 38.33%, 25.00%, 15.00%, 10.00%, 6.67% and 5.00% respectively. The unqualified rate of sputum specimen was the most prominent, followed by urine specimen and blood specimen, while the unqualified cases of secretion, feces and aseptic experience specimen were relatively few. There are obvious differences in the causes of unqualified samples, among which the most common unqualified factors are the untimely delivery, the wrong collection time and the sample pollution. Conclusion According to the key factors of disqualification, we should work out the feasible strategy, strengthen the communication with each department, and make active and effective management measures to improve the qualified rate of the samples, it can provide guidance for clinical laboratory work.
