摘　　要：在当前经济全球化背景下,企业竞争环境越来越复杂和多元化。创新能力是企业发展的核心动力,面临日益严峻的国内外竞争环境,企业需要加强产学研结合,不断提升自身的动态创新能力,才能不断提升企业自身附加值。基于此,本文通过对当前我国企业产学研发展现状的分析,就如何进一步促进企业产学研的深度结合提升企业动态创新能力提出了一些针对性建议。In the context of economic globalization,the competitive environment of enterprises is becoming more and more complex and diversified.Innovation ability is the core driving force of enterprise development.Facing the increasingly competitive environment at home and abroad,enterprises need to deepen the integration of industry-university-research,and constantly improve dynamic innovation ability,so as to continuously enhance their own added value.In consideration of this,based on the analysis of the current status,several suggestions on promoting the integration of industry-university-research and improving the dynamic innovation ability of enterprises are pointed out.
