骨性Ⅲ类颌面畸形的手术治疗后软组织改善的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨骨性Ⅲ类颌面畸形的手术治疗后面部软组织改善情况。方法 选择2011年1月—2017年6月在本院就诊的骨性Ⅲ类颌面畸形患者20例(男8例、女12例)作为治疗组,应用“手术优先”模式进行治疗;非颌面畸形的常规患者20例(男10例,女10例)作为对照组,通过X线头颅侧位片进行比较,观察治疗组的治疗效果。结果 于术前、术后一周、术后半年,经测量两组病例有代表性的相关数据进行统计分析无统计学差异。结论 骨性Ⅲ类颌面畸形的手术治疗表现出了较快地改善面部软组织畸形的特点,在治疗初期美观方面表现出不错的效果。Objective To study the improvement of facial soft tissue profile after surgical treatment for skeletal class Ⅲ maxillofacial deformity.Methods Twenty patients(8 males and 12 females)with skeletal class ⅢMandibular Prognathism malformation who were admitted to the hospital from January 2011 to June 2017 were enrolled as study objects and they were treated with the “surgery first approach” mode,and 20 patients(10 malesand 10 females)without maxillofacial deformity were selected as control group(10 females and 10 males). Thelateral cephalic radiograph was used to compare the therapeutic effect of the treatment group.Results Beforesurgery,one week after surgery and half a year after surgery,there was almost no statistical difference in therepresentative data of the two groups.Conclusions The surgical treatment for patients suffered with skeletal classⅢ maxillofacial deformity showed the characteristics of improving facial soft tissue deformity quickly,and showed agood effect in the treatment of early aesthetic aspects.
