摘　　要：为准确地评估影视传媒企业的价值,帮助投资者做出正确的投资决策,降低投资风险,本文分析了影视传媒企业的特点,以欢瑞世纪为例,运用现金流量折现法和实物期权法对企业的整体价值进行评估,结果表明运用实物期权法对企业进行价值评估是可行的。In order to accurately evaluate the value of film and television media enterprises, help investors make correct investment decisions and reduce investment risks, this paper analyzes the characteristics of film and television media enterprises, takes H&R Century Union Corporation as an example and uses discounted cash flow method and real options method to evaluate the overall value of the enterprise. The results show that it is feasible to use real options method to evaluate enterprise value.
